Circa 1973 player-grade Gibson J50. We say "circa" because Gibson was playing fast and loose with their serial number system during this period, so we can't nail down an exact production date. This guitar has had a neck reset in the past and will likely need another one in the future. As it sits, it plays and sounds great with medium action, but there is not much meat left on the saddle to drop the action further. There is finish checking and the binding has cracked and bubbled uniformly across the guitar. Frets are in decent shape with a reasonable amount of wear. No fret outs or dead spots. LR Baggs Lyric pickup system installed and included. Player grade, but solid with a beautiful tone to it. Includes hardshell case.
