1946 Martin 000-18 in good condition. Beautiful one owner instrument. It was likely refretted sometime in the past. It is said that all Martin guitars will need a neck reset at least once in their lives and this guitar is no exception. It is playable as is, but would benefit from a neck reset, as the action at the 12th fret is high. Player wear is moderate, but not unusually so for an instrument this age. It is obvious that this Martin was played often, but cared for. Includes non-original case.
